History of Living Concept

This Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (2003) by UNSECO highlighted the significance of understanding and protecting intangible cultural heritage.

Another convection that helped with establishing the concept of living heritage is Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (2005).
